Brief history
Araceli Aid Foundation Academy (AFAA) is a project of Araceli Aid Foundation (www.araceliaidfoundation.org). The project was launched on July 3rd 2023 and within the space of a year, the Administrative/Academic block was built with laboratories for chemistry, physics, biology, food and nutrition, agriculture and ICT. It also comes with standard class rooms equipped with audio visuals and teaching aids to foster a wonderful teaching and learning experience. Other structures such as the Staff quarters, two dormitories and sporting areas have been put in place and come September 9th 2024 the pioneer students will resume classes for JSS1 and SS1.
Last year, around June 2023, Elon Musk’s SpaceX has recently hired the youngest employee in their spacecraft company — Kairan Quazi — a 14-year-old software engineer, who was able to successfully clear their ‘technically challenging, fun’ interview process.

We offer a variety of career paths such that students can choose a path that aligns with their interests and talents and we have invested in the facility and infrastructure to make that happen. They are:

Some parents understand the need for their children to learn either a vocational or digital skill that has the capacity to put food on the table when push comes to shove.
We decided to take it a step further by helping the parents to kill two good birds with one stone. Every boy or girl that graduates from Araceli Aid Foundation Academy will not only be equipped with a high in demand skill. They will also know the art and science of how to market and sell the skills and capacity they have developed to make profit from them.
There is no one that will choose from any of these career paths and furthers in it that won’t be an expert in 6 years time in that field. After secondary school, the students are already very employable.
